Netherlands  - shipping costs € 5.95

Begium         - shipping costs € 9.95

Germany       - shipping costs € 9.95

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you would like to cancel / return your order you can do so within 14 days. If you have already paid for your order and you haven't yet received a shipping update, you can also send us an email.

The item(s) should  be returned in original condition and may not be used, washed or damaged.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Contact us via email before returning any items to us
  • Securely pack and seal items to be returned into a BOX with our invoice/note. We are not responsible for returned items damaged in transit.
  • Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning the returned items which do not comply with our policies.
  • Return shipping package with a delivery tracking (Optional)
  • Photographic proof must be provided with any damage inquiry 

 

​Please contact us before you do so: info@ashobiba.com. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Your return items have to be packed save and secure and without any signs of use. If you haven't informed us about your return or if there's damage in your returned goods, ashobiba can not reimburse.
