Shipping Information:

We ship from the Netherlands.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Netherlands  - shipping costs € 5.95

 

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:
– Products must be unused
– In original packaging

Return Procedure:
1. Send an email to info@ashobiba.com
2. You will receive return instructions
3. Return the product to our return address

Refund:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price
within 5 business days via the original payment method.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

 

Please contact us before you do so: info@ashobiba.com. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Your return items have to be packed save and secure and without any signs of use. If you haven't informed us about your return or if there's damage in your returned goods, ashobiba can not reimburse.
